The cost of the treatment is £40 per hour and 1, 1.5 or 2hr treatments are available.

Bodywork3

This block is focused around the fact that our aches and pains have mulitple contributing factors some the original problem whilst others have developed as a result of the compensatory movements that occur because it. As such through these 3 sessions we look to address seperate areas of the body in each session, front, back and sides, inorder to help create balance.

3 x 60 minute massage: £110 - saving of £10

Bodywork3 is vaild for 3 months from the first session

Athletic Maintenance

This is a maintenance program based around the CORE Myofscial Therapy and each session is 90 minutes long. This allows time not just for the whole body to be covered in each session but also to accomodate any areas that may require more specific deeper work. this is a great program for any athlete in hard training or as a follow up to the Bodywork3 series.

6 x 90 minute massage: £315 - saving £45

Athletic Maintenance is valid for 9 months from the first massage

General Maintenance

This maintenance program is similar to the Athletic Maintenance series but as each session is only 60 minutes instead of 90 the work is more tailored to your requirements at the time of each massage. It still based around CORE Myofascial Therapy but the work will be more focused on the specific problems of that are presented.

6 x 60 minute massage: £210 - saving £30

These sessions are vaild for 6 months from the first massage
